The East Richmond Neighborhood Council does not meet in November and December since the Thanksgiving and Winter season holidays take place at that time. The next regular meeting is planned for Thursday evening, January 23. (Also, see note below about possible special meeting.)

As we mentioned in the October meeting updates, our 2022 appeal of the Planning Commission’s approval of a Dollar Tree at San Pablo and Barrett enables the East Richmond Neighborhood Council to review and comment on a traffic safety & neighborhood traffic control study for the site before the store opens.
If the Planning Department informs us that the study is available before January’s regular meeting, we may call a special meeting to review the document and make recommendations to the City regarding traffic safety and control mitigations.
