Dollar Tree (Barrett and San Pablo Avenues)
The focus of our meeting will be two recently-released studies with traffic safety recommendations and noise control from the Dollar Tree “Conditions of Approval”.
We will meet with the City’s Planning Director Lina Velasco to ask questions, discuss, and make comments on the Traffic Safety study associated with the site’s entrance/exit, controlling traffic on adjoining neighborhood streets, the Noise Study, as well as containing lighting glare from this retail operation.
