Jon Sargent from the East Richmond Heights Municipal Advisory Committee (MAC) will attend our March meeting to discuss some of our common interests, such as the disposition of the Adams school site, proposed McBryde Ave. improvements, Mira Visa Field, wildfire preparedness, and other topics of mutual interest. The Richmond Heights MAC serves as the advisory council to Supervisor John Gioia for neighbors who reside above Arlington Avenue.

Also, recently, we and other neighbors noticed roof demolition activity at Barrett and San Pablo Avenue, the site approved for a Dollar Tree store. We’ll share and talk about what we found out from the Planning Department, including the status of permit conditions the City Council included based on the Neighborhood Council’s appeal of the Planning Commission decision.
